Safety Tips

1. Always read the safety instructions on the product packaging before using any fireworks.

2. Make sure to use fireworks in an open area away from buildings, vehicles, and other flammable materials.

3. Never point or throw fireworks at another person or animal.

4. Keep a bucket of water or a garden hose nearby in case of fire or other mishap.

5. Never attempt to relight a “dud” firework – wait 20 minutes and then soak it in a bucket of water before disposing of it safely.

6. Wear protective eyewear when lighting fireworks and keep spectators at least 25 feet away from the launch site.

7. Do not allow children to handle fireworks without adult supervision at all times.

8. Do not carry fireworks in your pocket or shoot them off in metal or glass containers as they can explode unexpectedly and cause injury or death.

9. Dispose of used fireworks by soaking them in water and then placing them in a metal trash can away from any flammable materials until morning when they can be disposed of properly
